**Citizens of the following
countries do not need a ROC (Taiwan) visa for stays of up to 30 days:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, Denmark,
Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Republic of
Korea, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Monaco,
Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovakia. Spain,
Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States.
1. Passport with at least 6 months
remaining validity beyond the date of entry.
2. Photocopy of round-trip airline tickets or itinerary.
3. The length of stay cannot be extended, so if you are planning to stay longer,
it is best to obtain a visa in advance.
**Citizens of
Japan do not need a ROC (Taiwan) visa for stays of up to 90 days:
1. Passport with at least 3 months
remaining validity beyond the date of entry.
2. Photocopy of round-trip airline tickets or itinerary.
3. The length of stay cannot be extended, so if you are planning to stay longer,
it is best to obtain a visa in advance.
**Citizens of China:
(Whether you leave from China or other country.)
